A little better than always
A little easier than back then
Maybe cooler than now
When I write these lines

Maybe today won’t work out
Maybe it actually turned out well
Or maybe it’s the same as always
Or maybe it’s changing now
Maybe I’m even destroying this
Or maybe I’m building it
A fence, or maybe love
And time, like sand through fingers
Pours out these destinies

Everything gives people boundaries
And to open your eyes
You need to wake up in this world
Open your eyes and dream

And even make a wish
And you can even fly
Not a plane, but a parachute
Helps you feel freedom
When you fly high
And the feeling of joy comes

Adrenaline surges inside you
Maybe I’ll finish this verse
And write a new one again
Destiny is not by chance
That moment when you decide
Nothing will hold us back
When you’re in search of happiness
