Why do poems grow?
From a stream of consciousness?
From heavenly beauty?
From naive unknowing?

Are they good or bad?
Are those thoughts wide? Or crumbs?
They don't need recognition
They don't need attention

They sprout like flowers
You'll only remember them to yourself
With fragrance, without a name
And then another will appear
Later understanding comes
It's not a moment — it's a click

And you'll write the title
It will clear up in your head
You're searching for something in life
Thoughts come from outside

You stuff your head with something
But many have it empty
They'll compare you to someone
Yet the path, the little road, is one

Though it is completely different
And everyone shares their thoughts
For some it is contagious
I don't want to see it in myself

And I just toss thoughts
I release Making room for others
How it all happens — I don't understand
Thoughts leave? We're sad

Why do poems grow?
