NEONIK 68, NEONIK 68 Sunlight in My Backpack

Morning comes again Im on the road once more
Sand and grass beneath my tired shoes
Eyes are looking far beyond the distant shore
Dreaming of the places I can choose

I am heading somewhere I have never been
Fate has handed me a lucky sign
Sunlight in my backpack wind upon my skin
Leaving all the heavy years behind

If youre walking here beside me
Lady Luck will smile at last
Though we do not know tomorrow
Fate will bring our hearts so fast

Every step I take is my own chosen way
Every turns another song to write
Walking toward tomorrow day by day
While the clouds drift slowly out of sight

Sunlight in my backpack keeps my spirit high
Road goes up and down beneath my feet
Walking toward the morning sky
Wondering who I still may meet

If youre walking here beside me
Lady Luck will smile at last
Though we do not know tomorrow
Fate will bring our hearts so fast

If youre walking here beside me
Lady Luck will smile at last
Though we do not know tomorrow
Fate will bring our hearts so fast

Sunlight in my backpack
Wind is all around
Fate will bring us closer
