The Devil is a convenient word for those who refuse to take responsibility for the darkness within their own minds.
Wherever you go, you will find only what you have brought with you.
In your practice, keep these two in harmony.
Let your mind reach toward heaven while your feet remain firmly upon the earth.

Your mind creates both your heaven and your hell.

Take responsibility for what you allow into your mind.
That is what your life will become filled with.

Discover peace within yourself, and you will find it everywhere.
Before you criticize others, learn to examine yourself.
When you look into another person’s eyes, you are looking into your own.
