Like a weary traveler i move ahead
At another crossroads choices in my head
Turn to the right i hear a whisper say
Behind me the chase theyre driving me into a trap
So i slowly chose to walk straight on
In pitch black darkness i hit a dead end road

How can you ever know where you should turn
You never know if the path you chose is right
You play your hand the way the cards may fall
So easy to stumble so easy to fall
Thats why i keep on moving straight ahead
But stubborn men do not always find their luck

There was just one step left to make
But it turned out nothing is that simple
I lifted my foot then god stepped in
And i could not walk my road to the end
That is when i knew i should have prayed before
