To start thinking over why
We deny the fact that we are killing our Guide
Her forest eyelashes will not look up the sky
Her veil of clouds will not wave in the breeze

Tear-stained face and sorrow in Her eyes
Never punishing but asking to think twice
She is witness to all evils that men do
She's mother to everyone, to me and you

Those foolish thoughts that we're like Gods
May rule the lives
And break the tie
And full of pride
Forget to give a hand to those who strive

And in the night
We stay alone with our thoughts
What dreams may come
What's there to find
Is just the fact that we all fear to die

That is the time
To come up and to testify
For not against
Making our Mother smile
So, her mountain eyebrows will never frown again
And her deep blue water eyes will shine with no pretence
